From listing to safe handover.
Four steps, one promise: your money is safe until the animal reaches you. Here is exactly how a PashuBid auction runs, start to finish.
Browse verified listings
Every animal lists with four fixed-angle photos — front, back, teeth, udder — plus an optional walk video and vet-checked papers. District is shown; exact locations stay private until a sale is done.
Bid in real time
Auctions run for exactly 30 minutes. Bids move in clear server-set increments, and the clock is synced to PashuBid's servers — never your phone's. Bidder names stay masked until the close.
Win the auction
Highest bid when the clock runs out takes the lot. A bid in the final 60 seconds resets the clock to 3 minutes — late bidding can stretch the close by up to 45 minutes, so sniping can't steal a lot.
Pay safely, inspect on arrival
Pay into escrow — the money is held, not sent. The seller prepares the animal, you get a 24-hour inspection window on delivery, and only then is the seller paid. Raise an issue and the money doesn't move.
THE RULES THAT KEEP IT FAIR
Every auction plays by the same rules.
No seller self-bidding
Sellers can never bid on their own lots — the price on screen is a real price.
Bidders stay masked
Names are hidden while the auction runs. Both sides see the full list once it closes.
KYC before bidding
PAN, bank verification and a face check keep fake bidders out of the room.
Refundable deposit
A ₹1,000 deposit is held once per auction — not per bid — and comes back if you don't win.
Public bid record
Every bid is on the permanent record. What happened, for how much, stays visible.
Fair platform fee
The 2% platform fee is paid by the seller — never the buyer.
Your money is safe until the animal reaches you.
Pay into escrow after you win. The seller is paid only after your 24-hour inspection passes. Deposit refunds land within two working days. Bidding itself is never charged.
